The Easy Way to Find Voice Over Talent

Posted by News Desk on 20th May 2008

People can do amazing things with their voices. Some people can impersonate famous people while others can imitate musical instruments and single handedly provide every percussion need for an a cappella group. Even narrating is a real talent because it requires good intonation and diction. Finding that talent can be a little tricky though because most people don’t show off their skills while they walk down the street.

That is why businesses like Voice Over LA have already compiled samples of voice over talent for your company to choose from. With the wide variety of talent they have at their disposal, you are bound to find something you like whether you need voice overs for commercials, educational projects or popular films. To help speed the process up they have even described the quality of several voices before you decide to listen to them. For example, an actor’s voice quality may be described as mid-range, deep, dusky, confident, sexy or youthful.

If you aren’t even sure what voice types would best fit your needs, professional producers will come up with a custom list of actors, based on the needs of your project, to audition for the role. Then you can listen to the selected actors and make a choice based on personal preference.

The quality of the recordings at Voice Over LA is enhanced not only by their experience in this field, but by their facilities as well. With top-notch recording equipments and several studios and sound booths at their disposal, you are guaranteed a professional quality product.

But one thing is for sure is that out of Watson’s scavenger hunting destinations, New York is going to be nothing you’ve ever witnessed.

They’ve got a great selection of team building in New York offers. One of the options that caught my eye was the Madame Tussauds wax museum hunt. How cool would that be to have all of your business buddies with you around waxed celebrities. They look so realistic, kind of like if you met the real person but they had a serious oily skin condition — think Jiminy Glick sweaty fat suit.

Discount Real Estate? Yes, It Exists

Posted by News Desk on 12th May 2008

I am used to hearing about discount furniture, discount clothing, discount groceries and discount dishware, but discount real estate was a rare find until Cash Back Realty Started it own kind of marketing scheme.

How would you like to eliminate closing costs when you buy a home and still benefit from the professional services of a realtor? Or you could pay the closing costs and they will help cover some expenses of moving. It sounds like a good idea to me because houses are expensive investments and every little bit of money saved helps make it more possible for my family to get into their own home.
